We are headquartered in the USA with a development center in Bangalore. We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India.
Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.
- The Role
We are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager who can:
• Serve as the primary client interface during project implementation and
engagement lifecycle.
• Establish trust and credibility with client stakeholders in Operations and IT.
• Own requirement gathering, scope definition, and expectation management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure dependencies (property details, 3rd-party
integrations) as per plan.
• Drive execution across multiple parallel projects, maintaining alignment and
accountability.
• Provide structured, timely status updates to both clients and Hudini leadership.
• Ensure testing, sign-offs, and readiness activities are completed before go-live.
• Handle escalations and gap resolution with urgency and professionalism.
• Champion Hudini’s standards of service excellence and delivery discipline.
- Must Haves
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in high-stakes client
interactions.
• Proven experience with SaaS product implementations or technical project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and escalation handling.
• Understanding of hospitality applications (PMS, reservation systems, payment
gateways, integrations).
• Track record of working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product,
deployment).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Graduate / Diploma holder in Technical, Business, or Hospitality education.
