We are headquartered in the USA with a development center in Bangalore. We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India.
Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.
- The Role
We are looking for an Architect/ GoLang Lead who can:
• Define and own the technical architecture for Hudini’s SaaS platform.
• Lead and mentor backend teams working primarily with GoLang.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to align architecture with
business needs.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in system design.
• Drive best practices in coding, design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep the platform future-ready.
- Must Haves
• 8+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in GoLang.
• Proven experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Deep understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels) and logging frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Go frameworks and tooling (e.g., Gin, Swagger, SQLx, GoMod, Testify, GoLang Migrate).
• Strong background in multi-system integrations (e.g., PMS, POS, IoT, third-party APIs).
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL, DynamoDB, RDS), and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling services.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to guide mid-level and junior developers.
• Proficiency in Git and ability to produce clear, self-sufficient documentation.
• Exposure to ReactJS / React Native front-ends is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality tech or other integration-heavy environments is desirable.
