SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. 


Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

  • The Role

We are looking for a ReactJS Lead who can:

  • Lead a team of front-end engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.

  • Architect, design, and implement robust ReactJS applications and reusable UI components.

  • Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, testing, and maintainability of the front-end codebase.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

  • Drive adoption of modern React workflows (hooks, state management, component optimization).

  • Build and maintain automated test coverage (unit, integration, E2E).

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth and efficient deployments.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely sprint delivery and product quality.

  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and bring relevant innovations into the team.

  • Must Haves

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team of developers.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for coding, testing, documentation, or productivity) to drive efficiency and speed in software delivery.
• Solid background in unit testing & E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and effective web service integration.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Proficient with Git, Agile-Scrum, and issue tracking tools (JIRA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
