Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

We are looking for a L1 Support Analyst 1 who can:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.

  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams. Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles for common issues.

  • Collaborate with other support team members to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Engage with customers professionally, ensuring a positive support experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with software applications and basic hardware components

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional support.

  • Unwavering curiosity.
