We engage and deliver our SaaS-based product to a global clientele of luxury hotel chains spread across geographies like USA, Middle East, Europe, SE Asia & India. Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying and converting potential leads into long-term partnerships. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a crucial role in showcasing Hudini’s value proposition to the global hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify client needs and match them with Hudini’s offerings, providing tailored solutions to maximize value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with global markets, particularly the hospitality industry, is a plus.
