Role

A Presales Analyst plays a crucial role in the sales process by supporting the presales team with analysis, research, and preparation to ensure successful interactions with potential clients. The primary goal is to assist in the development of persuasive and customized proposals that address the specific needs of clients. 

Job Description

  • Creating RFP/RFI/project/contract docs for prospective and current customers 
  • Engaging with customers over email/phone 
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the SoWs are in line with client requirements 
  • Preparing presentation decks to support sales 
  • Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research 
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clientsLiaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like 
  • Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research 
  • Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc 
  • Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users 

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). 
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
