Our services are delivered across multiple channels like mobile, web app, TV, Kiosks and enables contactless check-in, hyper-personalization, and intelligent automation for both the hotels and their guests.

Role

The role of a Sales Enablement Executive is a crucial function within a sales organization that focuses on providing the sales team with the resources, tools, and information they need to effectively engage with prospects and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring that the data is up to date, well organised and accurate. Manage the external relationship and ensure that the team are utilising the system’s capabilities.  
  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports.  
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and work collaboratively with the internal design team to ensure the output meets Hudini brand standards.  
  • Manage contractual tasks, proposal administration, and draft agreements.  
  • Be the central point of contact for ongoing sales activities.  
  • Facilitate sales team requirements and support them in achieving targets by analyzing sales data and providing insights.   
  • Collaborate with various departments to create and improve processes to support the presales to delivery process.   

Must Haves

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar sales enablement role or administrative support  
  • Experience using CRM tools   
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams  
  • Good attention to detail, organised and proactive  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)  
  • Experience in preparing contractual materials is preferred
